3) Single leg leg press 6x12
4) weighted sisi squats 6x12
5) Abductor 4x20
6) Adductor 4x20
7) Single leg kickback 4x12 each
8) Weighted machine abs 4x40

Cardio 10 minute stairs + 60 minute hike
