    Fitness & Health App Integration

    Track your workout, time, calories, etc on your apple watch, garmin, or Fit bit. Integrates into your apple watch and apple health apps.

    Free Workouts

    I post workouts directly to The Ab Club Section of the app. The workouts come with prescribed sets and reps as well as video demonstrations

    Workout Logger

    Track your workouts with easy. Build a custom workout or do a pre-made one. It will save your last used weight and reps for next time so you don't have to remember. It even tracks your max out for each lift.

    Macro and Diet Tracker

    If you are a 1-on-1 Client, your diet will be preloaded into the app. If not, you can still use the app to track your own macros and diet, log meals, and save meals for frequent use.

    Progress Tracker

    The app uses both pictures and measurements to keep track and plot your progress on a graph for you to easily monitor your fitness goals.

    Video Exercise Library

    With hundreds of exercises pre-loaded with video demonstrations by me. If you don't see something, you can still manually add the exercise and feel free to message me to make a video!
